Melissa slammed her phone down in frustration. “This is the second cancellation they’ve made,” she exclaimed through gritted teeth. Her husband Carl looked at her sympathetically and shared in her annoyance. “It’s so hard to find reliable workers these days,” he replied.

A couple of hours later they heard the sound of a car running in their driveway. Melissa peeked out the window and noticed the plumberwas here. “The plumber is here already,” she said excitedly. Carl looked out for himself then went to the door to meet him. They both immediately noticed how sincere the plumber was and how he listened to all of their concerns. He also continually checked with them to make sure that everything was what they expected.
The couple left the plumber to continue to work, while they sorted out the final details of their new kitchen plumbing. Melissa still had yet to decide where all of her appliances, pots and plates would be placed. Carl also wanted to set up his new coffee machine.
The installation was complete in a lot less time than Melissa and Carl had anticipated. They couldn’t believe the difference in this plumber, to the last one they had hired. They knew that they would be added to the list of people, who would recommend this plumbing company. Melissa made sure that she retained a few cards so that she could easily pass it on.
That night the couple were able to enjoy their complete kitchen, along with the newly installed dishwasher.
